How to Print Your ID Card

ID Cards and Accessing your Benefits at the Pharmacy

In January, you can expect to receive your new pharmacy ID card in the mail with a welcome kit. In the meantime, we have emailed an electronic copy of your ID card for use at the pharmacy to access the member portal or mobile app. This is no need to request a new ID card, as IDs will be automatically mailed in January.

To access your benefits at a pharmacy, some pharmacies may be able to validate your benefits using only your name and date of birth. Other pharmacies will need you to provide the information that is reflected on your electronic ID card.

New Pharmacy Network

Your prescription benefits are available through a new network of pharmacies that includes all major pharmacy chains with over 60,000 locations nationwide. If you have current prescriptions filled elsewhere, when it's time to refill, you will need to take your prescription(s) to one of these pharmacies to receive your medication. Ask your physician to send your prescription to your new pharmacy and present your new ID card or the ID card information above when you arrive.

Any drugs that you have been filling via mail order will be automatically transferred to Amazon on January 1st. Amazon Customer Care can be reached at 1-855-745-5725 to set up your next fill. See attached for more information on Amazon Pharmacy.

Certain prescriptions requiring a prior authorization must be filled through one of VIVIO's specialty pharmacy partners. VIVIO will work with your provider to ensure that your prescription is sent to the appropriate pharmacy for your drug. Once the pharmacy receives the prescription, you can expect a call from that pharmacy to complete your profile, take payment and set up shipment.
